Overview: The LoadAssist Diesel Dispensing Control System is designed to streamline and secure the dispensing of diesel into agricultural vehicles, tractors, bakkies, generators, and more. The system ensures accurate tracking and management of diesel usage, providing farmers with the data they need to optimize their operations.

System Components:

• Electronic Controller: Central hub for managing dispensing operations.

• Flowmeter: Measures the amount of diesel dispensed.

• NFC Tags: Assigned to each vehicle, implement, container, and dispenser for authorization and tracking.

Operation:

1. Authorization:

   • Dispenser presents their NFC tag.

   • Driver NFC tag is presented.

   • Vehicle NFC tag is presented

   • Controller verifies tags for authorization.

   • Mileage or hours of the vehicle/tractor is entered.

2. Dispensing:

   • Controller starts the dispensing pump.

   • Dispenser dispenses diesel.

   • Pump stops automatically when dispensing is complete.

3. Data Recording:

   • Event data stored in flash memory.

   • Data includes date, time, mileage/hours, dispenser, vehicle, quantity of diesel, and activity.

4. Data Access:

   • Web portal with dashboard for authorized access to dispense data and reports.

   • Wi-Fi enabled for cloud data storage and access.

Typical Usage:

• Interfaces with standard and farm diesel pumps.

• Suitable for large 20,000-liter tanks and smaller 2,200-liter tanks.
